Apparently, Kim needs 2 more character checks for the Visa. Every 12 months for the last 10 years, needs a character check. Since she lived in UK , South Africa and The Netherlands, she will need 3 character checks.
It's high on my to-do list, knowing that these checks could potentially take a long time, especially coming from South Africa.
